Welcome to the platform operated by Pulp Strategy Communications Private Limited ("Pulp Strategy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this platform, which is provided by invitation only and designed exclusively for Partners to create, manage, and promote events.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use this platform.
1. Invitation-Only Access
This platform is by invitation only and intended for use solely by authorized Partners.
Invitations are non-transferable, and Partners may not provide access to third parties outside their organization. Unauthorized sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited.
2. Use of the Platform
By using this platform, Partners agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate event creation, management, and promotion activities that align with the program's objectives.
- Refrain from uploading or sharing any content that is harmful, illegal, or violates applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized material.
- Avoid any actions that could compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the platform.
- Ensure that all information and materials uploaded are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
3. Prohibited Activities
Partners are expressly prohibited from:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its data, or other users' accounts.
- Using the platform for any purpose that could harm Pulp Strategy, its sponsors, or other stakeholders.
- Sharing customer or event-related data with unauthorized parties.
- Circumventing or attempting to disable security measures on the platform.
4. Security and Data Protection
- Partners are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring they are not shared with unauthorized individuals.
- Pulp Strategy employs industry-standard security measures to protect the platform, but Partners must also take reasonable steps to secure their access and data.
- Any unauthorized access or data breach caused by a Partner's negligence may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and liability for damages.
5. Revocation of Access
Pulp Strategy reserves the right to revoke a Partner's access to the platform without prior notice in cases of:
- Misuse or unauthorized use of the platform.
- Uploading harmful content such as malware or viruses.
- Sharing access credentials or inviting unauthorized third parties.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
In such cases, access termination is final, and no refunds, reinstatements, or compensation will be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pulp Strategy is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- Pulp Strategy assumes no responsibility for content uploaded by Partners, including its legality, accuracy, or appropriateness.
- Partners agree to use the platform at their own risk and waive the right to bring any legal claims or actions against Pulp Strategy, its sponsors, or affiliates for any reason, including but not limited to data breaches, platform outages, or losses arising from platform usage.
7. Indemnification
Partners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pulp Strategy, its sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
- Uploading malicious or unauthorized content.
- Breaches of data protection laws or unauthorized use of customer data.
- Any disputes between Partners and third parties, including customers or event attendees.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including its design, functionality, and content, are owned by Pulp Strategy or licensed for use.
- Partners may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content without prior written consent.
9. Lifetime Legal Waiver
- By agreeing to these Terms, Partners waive the right to initiate any legal action, claim, or lawsuit against Pulp Strategy, its sponsors, or affiliates in perpetuity for any matters arising from the use of this platform.
- This waiver includes but is not limited to disputes regarding access revocation, data usage, or platform functionality.
10. Compliance with Laws
- Partners must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations, when using the platform.
- Partners are solely responsible for ensuring their use of customer data aligns with legal requirements and for obtaining necessary consents.
11. Changes to Terms
Pulp Strategy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination of Agreement
- These Terms remain in effect for as long as a Partner uses the platform.
- Pulp Strategy may terminate this agreement and the Partner's access to the platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violations or misuse.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

- No Access by Pulp Strategy or Sponsors: Pulp Strategy and sponsors do not access, process, or retain your personal data.
- Disclaimer: By providing your information, you acknowledge and agree that the Partner is solely responsible for data collection, use, and protection.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during event registration.
- Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or other users' data.
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Pulp Strategy reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform if you engage in prohibited activities.
5. Platform Usage and Liability
While we strive to ensure seamless platform functionality, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Event Management: Pulp Strategy is not responsible for the content, quality, or outcomes of events managed by Partners.
- Technical Issues: Pulp Strategy is not liable for interruptions, errors, or downtime that may affect your use of the platform.
- Partner Misuse: Pulp Strategy and sponsors are not liable for any misuse of your data or issues arising from your interactions with the Partner.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pulp Strategy, its sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in events.
- This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to data breaches, event cancellations, or technical malfunctions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulp Strategy, its sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Access termination is final, and no reinstatement or compensation will be provided.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
